Please read ALL services offered, fees, and special notes before contacting me for
training assistance so that you will have a clear understanding of what I do and what
you can expect when hiring me. Thanks!
• Basic Obedience Training
• Help with Housebreaking or Potty Training
• Stopping Excitement or Submissive Urination
• Help with Destructiveness Issues
• Help with Nuisance or Destructive Digging
• Help with Nuisance or Excessive Barking
• Stopping Your Dog from Jumping Up on You or Your Guests
• Working with Your Dog's Aggressiveness Toward People
• Working with Your Dog's Aggressiveness Toward Other Dogs
• Introducing Your Dog To a New Baby in the House (NOTE: It is best to begin
this particular training two or three months before the new baby arrives. However, I
can still help you even if the new baby is already here and in your home.)
• Introducing Your New Dog To Other Pets Already in the House
• Stopping Food or Toy Possessiveness
• Stopping Overprotection of People or Objects
• Helping Your Dog Overcome Fears That They Might Have of Certain People or
Things (like sounds, vacuum cleaners, etc.)
• Helping with Dog Phobias (if you or someone you know is fearful of or has had
a bad experience with a dog, I can help "humans", too—see information on the "About
David White" page)
Please understand that just because a problem isn't listed on this page doesn't mean I
can't handle it. Just email me at one of the following addresses and tell me what

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING--The training services that are offered above
(and any other dog training service that I might perform) are best taught in your
home. It is best to teach your dog(s) how to behave in your home instead of sending
them to me to have them trained at my home facility, as your home and any
associations your dog(s) might have to it may be triggering its poor behavior.
Remember—I make dog house calls. That is right—I will come to your house and
teach you how to work with your dog or dogs since you are the one living there with
them. For each visit, you will be charged $50* (see price differences below) and I
accept cash or checks. You can make checks payable to J David White, and I can
provide you with a receipt. All payment is expected at the beginning of each training
session.
If you are interested in having me come and work with you and your dog(s), go to the
"Forms" page and fill out the "Private Training Intake Form". This form will allow you
to enter all the pertinent information I will need, including contact information, which I
will use to get in touch with you and set up our training sessions.

Canine Sight Dog Training Services
"Bringing You Eye to Eye With Your Dog"
*This fee applies only to the residents of Searcy who are requesting my training
services. Residents that are requesting my services who live outside of Searcy's city
limits (including Albion, Bald Knob, Beebe, Center Hill, Judsonia, Kensett, Letona,
McRae, and surroundings areas) will be charged 50.5 cents per mile. This amount is
based on the established IRS mileage rate for 2008 (http://www.irs.
gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=176030,00.html) and will not change until it is changed by
the IRS at any point during this calendar year. Residents of Conway, Ward, Austin,
Cabot, Jacksonville, Sherwood, North Little Rock, Little Rock, and West Little Rock
that are requesting my services will be charged the same rate (50.5 cents per mile).
The distance is marked from my residence to yours and back to my residence. Please
take this into account when you are providing me with directions, so that I can make
as straight a shot to your house from mine as possible. For approximate mileage

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL POTENTIAL CLIENTS OUTSIDE THE WHITE
COUNTY AREA: Due to the current price of gasoline, I am temporarily limiting the
scope of my private training business. Beginning June 2008, any person(s) NOT living
in the White County area who wish to hire me for private training lessons in their
home will be charged an additional $25 per session.
NOTE: While I currently do not plan to travel further than West Little Rock to train, I
will make special exceptions if you are in need of help.
